Information you send us

Quote requests include your name, contact information, state, and building details. Financing requests also include your address, employer, household income, mortgage amount, Social Security number, and any co-signer information you choose to provide with their authorization.

How this website uses it

Whitestone Steel uses submitted information to respond to your request and coordinate next steps. Submitting a financing request does not run a credit check or approve credit. Any lender application and credit authorization are handled separately.

Storage and access

Requests are saved in the website’s hosted database. Financing application details are encrypted before storage, and access through the website is restricted to the authorized site owner. Social Security numbers are masked by default in that account’s application inbox. The website does not save financing fields to browser local storage.

Email notifications and service providers

The website uses FormSubmit to forward quote requests to sales@whitestonesteel.com. Financing notifications contain a reference and a link to the private inbox; they do not include Social Security numbers or the completed application. Hosting and notification providers process data as needed to operate these services.

Technical information

The website uses a daily hash of the connecting IP address to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting providers may process request and security information. A session preference remembers whether you dismissed the offer popup. Links to the 3D builder, social media, and Google reviews take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Questions, corrections, or deletion requests

Contact sales@whitestonesteel.com or call (430) 294-7467. Include your request reference if available. Do not include a Social Security number in email. Any applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect a deletion request.
