Contact the manufacturer before changing framing, anchoring, or adding loads. Your order’s warranty documents explain how changes can affect coverage. A wind or snow design rating should not be treated as a promise of insurance coverage.

Photograph the concern and contact the responsible manufacturer promptly using its required claim process. Copy Whitestone Steel so our team can help coordinate. Sending a message only to us may not satisfy the manufacturer’s notice requirements.
Concrete and separately purchased work
Ask the named concrete provider for the written terms applicable to its accepted scope. Do not assume a building warranty also covers concrete or site preparation.
